For my entire professional career, I've learned that success equates to management skills, especially when it means juggling dozens of details at once. I'm a good listener, and my clients come to know that I truly have their best interests at heart. I know the housing market, and am constantly studying trends and data that will help me to do my job well. The skills I've learned through years in the sales and marketing arenas of business are what set me apart.
The housing market is constantly evolving. Through my family's contracting business, I've learned the ins and outs of building construction, property improvement and residential attributes. Most of all, I like putting people together with a home that makes them happy. I'll never forget attending a closing early in my career and having the daughter of my client hug me and thank me for finding her “a house with my own bedroom.” It made my day, then, and continues to drive me now – to find homes that fit people.
